Director
Steph is from St. Paul, MN. Her favorite thing about gymnastics is that it is so much more than one's physical ability. Gymnastics supports emotional and cognitive skills as well! How cool is it that gymnastics has been shown to help a toddler with reading readiness along with learning social skills? The life lessons learned are endless with gymnastics. In her free time, Steph likes to do family workouts in our garage with my husband and three young children. A fun fact about her, is she competed in her first CrossFit competition this past year.

Debbie is from Anoka, MN. Her favorite thing about gymnastics is the mental, physical and emotional strength it teaches gymnasts. In her free time, Debbie likes to play Golf, boat, hike, bonfires . . . Anything with friends! A fun fact about her, is she was a UWRF Gymnast (way back when they had gymnastics).

Aileen is from Winona, MN. Her favorite thing about gymnastics is trying new skills and seeing others learn new skills! In her free time, Aileen likes to do gymnastics, spend time with friends and family, and cooking/trying new recipes. A fun fact about her is she’s working on getting a certificate in Web Development through the U of M.

Izzi is from Waupaca, WI. Her favorite thing about gymnastics is watching all of the kids grow and improve throughout the sport! In her free time, Izzi loves to dance and travel! As well as camp! A fun fact about her is she runs a photography business in her spare time, Mielrosse Photography! She mostly takes photos of sports, performances, and seniors!

Rochelle is from Oakdale, MN. Her favorite thing about gymnastics is to encourage every student she works with to find their 'fun' in this sport, stay determined and always push to remain positive. In her free time, Rochelle likes to garden, travel with her husband, volunteer with homeless youth and Animal Sciences. A fun fact about her is as a child and into her college years, she was cast in 3 different films.

Emily K is from Arcadia, WI. Her favorite thing about gymnastics is being able to watch the excitement in gymnasts as they gain new skills and all the amazing lifelong lessons you can learn through gymnastics. In her free time, Emily likes to ride horses through her IHSA team, attend zumba classes, spend time with friends and friends, and go to school since she is currently a full time student at the University of Wisconsin River Falls.. A fun fact about her, she is working towards my certification to be a gymnastics judge!

Adisyn is from River Falls, WI. Her favorite thing about gymnastics is bars. In her free time, Adisyn likes to write. A fun fact about her is she is a RF High School gymnast.

Bailey is from Princeton MN. Her favorite thing about gymnastics is competing at competitions, practicing with a team, coaching, and meeting/becoming friends with many gymnasts. In her free time, Bailey likes to do gymnastics, if she is not in the gym she is usually hanging with friends, hanging out with family, and trying lots of new things! A fun fact about her, is she grew up riding dirt bike and has a twin brother!

Kristan W is from Hastings, MN. Her favorite thing about gymnastics is everything about it! She mainly love seeing the look on a kids face the first time they learn a new skill! Pure joy! In her free time, Kristan loves doing CrossFit and watching her two daughters dance. A fun fact about her, is she loves anything that has to do with coffee!

Mallie is from Roberts, WI. Her favorite thing about gymnastics is there isn’t just one thing you focus on, you get a variety with the sport. In her free time, Mallie likes to draw. A fun fact about her is she really likes to snowboard.
